1. Services Provided
JEDA Web Design provides digital engineering, web design, and AI-optimization services. All projects are governed by a specific Scope of Work (SOW) agreed upon at the start of the engagement.
2. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Jalisco, Mexico, JEDA Web Design shall not be liable for:
• Indirect Damages: Including loss of profits, data, or business interruption.
• Third-Party Failures: Downtime caused by hosting providers, domain registrars, or API failures (e.g., WordPress plugins, Kisi, Stripe, WooCommerce).
• Client Content: Liability for copyright infringement or illegal content provided by the client for use on their website.
3. Intellectual Property
Until the final balance is paid, all "work in progress" remains the property of JEDA Web Design. Upon final payment, the client is granted a license to use the final product. JEDA Web Design retains the right to display the work in its portfolio.
4. Warranty Disclaimer
Services are provided "as is." While we use high-performance digital engineering standards, we do not guarantee specific SEO rankings or a 100% error-free environment due to the evolving nature of web technologies and AI.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any legal action or dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Jalisco, Mexico, and shall be settled in the courts of Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. By using our services, you waive any other jurisdiction that may correspond to you by reason of your domicile.
